By filling in this form, you willingly provide your personal information (name, contact information, medical state, dietary requirements, and more if needed) to the EJD and the ISNI. The use of information provided in the form will be in line with your response in the form and will not be used for any purpose other than the logistics of the EJD Spring General Assembly. All data collected will be dealt with complete confidentiality and security measures established by law, and under no circumstances it will be ceded or treated by third parties, physically or legally, without the prior consent of the client (participant), except in those cases in which it is essential for the correct provision of the service. The personal data provided will be stored for two years from the start of the registration, or anonymized in case of further storage. If you want us to remove your personal data before, you can request that by sending an email to contact@isni.fr. The personal data will be accessible by the EJD and the ISNI boards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Regarding the hotel rooms, reimbursement can be accorded on a case by case basis until April 15th. Past this date, we will operate on a NO refund policy, if the General Assembly should go ahead as planned. Should you be unable to attend, however, we suggest that you try and find someone to transfer your room to, within your delegation.

PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND SOUND:

Due to the nature of this event, we cannot commit to excluding participants from all group pictures that might be taken during the debates and training sessions. However, if you so wish, we promise to do our best to not take individual/close-up photos of you during the event and to not include you in group photos whenever possible. If that is your case, please tick the second box below and make yourself known to our team upon arrival at the conference.

By agreeing, you are giving the EJD and the ISNI permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf on the EJD and ISNI activities. You are agreeing that the EJD and the ISNI have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose consistent with their missions.

These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release the EJD, the ISNI and their members and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.

SUSTAINABILITY:

We would like to encourage our participants and guests to strive for sustainability at our event. We would like to encourage the use of reusable or recyclable materials (we will endeavour to embody this through our goody bag), encourage you to try and produce as little waste as possible and collaborate with us by choosing environmentally friendly transportation such as trains and/or buses to and from the meeting, perhaps even walking to the venue!
